I didn't have to do much to run it, so no having to C:/ it, more than a few sites have it, and if you want nudity, get the Mad Eddy patch as well. Basically, you can dl the dos version, it still run's pretty easy, and it's nearly the same game. 15 years later, and I still love this game as much as the first time I played it, Refine edition has some great translation corrections, and some poor ones. The rest is practically the same game, which is a shame, and at the same time, rather enduring. That said, it still is 100% playable for most players, and with the Mad Eddy shop unlocked, you get to see some nudity (from Loli to 18). The original version has a great deal of the endings still untranslated, and no voice acting. I would actually say that there are a few more differences than just Sans nudity/adult features in this release.
